In order to provide you an enjoyable and safe flying experience, please pay attention to the following notices:

• 【ご予約の変更・キャンセルについて】　当スクールでは、原則として一度確定したご予約のキャンセルおよびご返金は一切承っておりません。ご都合が悪くなった場合は、以下のルールに従って日時の変更をお願いいたします。

 

• レッスン開始の48時間前まで：ウェブサイト（マイページ）より、お客様ご自身で日時の変更が可能です。（※会員登録が必要です）会員登録をされていないお客様は、お手数ですがメール（info@trapezeheroes.co.jp）にてご連絡ください。

• レッスン開始の48時間以内：日時の変更およびキャンセルはできません。ご欠席の場合もレッスン料金の100%を申し受けます。

• ​【緊急時の特例（振替対応について）】 災害や急な発病など、やむを得ない事情でご参加いただけなくなった場合は、該当事由の発生から1週間以内にメールにてご提出ください。2ヶ月以内のレッスンへの「お振替」にて対応させていただきます。

• Reservation Change & Cancellation Policy​ Please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to adjust your schedule, please refer to our rescheduling policy below:

• Up to 48 hours prior to the lesson:

  You can reschedule your reservation online via your My Page on our website. (Member account required)

  If you booked without creating an account, please contact us via email at info@trapezeheroes.co.jp to reschedule.

  ​

• Within 48 hours of the lesson:

  Rescheduling and cancellations are not permitted. Absences or changes within 48 hours will be subject to a 100% charge.

   

• Emergency Exceptions (Rescheduling) In the event of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or sudden illness), we can reschedule your lesson. To waive the cancellation fee, please email us a copy of official proof within a week of the incident. Please note that the rescheduled lesson must be booked within 2 months of the original date.

• 回数券をご利用の場合、レッスンの振替予約は必ず回数券の有効期限内に行う必要があります。回数券の有効期限の延長は一切承れません。また、未使用のクレジットを第三者へ譲渡・共有することはできません（ご購入者ご本人様のみ利用可能）。​If booked via a prepaid pack, rescheduling of classes must take place before the expiry date of your pack. No extensions will be given for expiry dates on prepaid packs and unused credits cannot be transferred to another person. Prepaid packs of classes are designed to be used by one person only.

 

• 最低でもレッスンの6時間前からは飲酒や乗り物の運転ができなくなるようなお薬などはお控えください。Please make sure that you are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance which has an effect on driving 6 hours before the lesson starts.

• レッスン始まる10分前にお越しください。遅刻の場合は途中参加できますが、料金は変わりません、ご了承ください。Arrive at least 10 minutes before the lesson starts. If you are late, it is possible to join the lesson half way, but the price will remain the same. Please let us know if you are going to be late.

• 悪天候の場合(雨、雪、雷、強風など安全確保が難しいと判断される場合)催行を見合わさせていただきます。前日に高確率で悪天候の予報が出ている場合、メールにてご連絡させていただきます。Trapeze Heroes reserves the right to cancel a lesson due to bad weather (rain, snow, thunder, gusty winds...etc.). We will notify you through email the night before, so please check your email. 

 

• 催行人数について、前日の22:00に催行人数4人にならなければ中止といたします。前日にメールにてご連絡させていただきます。Lessons are subject to cancel if reservation is less than 4 people.

 

• 服装について、動きやすい運動に適した服装にしてください。推奨しているのはタイツに短パン、Tシャツなどです。更衣室がご用意しております。Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. We recommend leggings/tights with shorts and a T-shirt. Changing room is available on-site.

• 持ち物  水分補給用の飲み物、汗拭きタオル、虫よけ、陽射し避けの帽子や薄手の羽織ものなどがあると便利です。Other things to bring:　Water, towel, insect repellent, cap, sunscreen. It will be chilly in winter, so do not forget to bring cold resistant clothes.
